Ticket purchase terms
Rules for buying and using general-admission event tickets through Tika.
Pre-launch draft. The operator's legal identity, contact details and final Lithuanian legal review must be completed before real sales begin.
1. Who provides the event
Tika operates the ticketing platform as a disclosed intermediary. The organizer identified on the event page sells the ticket and is responsible for organizing, changing and delivering the event. Tika processes the order and payment on the organizer's behalf.
2. Ordering and payment
You must provide accurate contact information and verify the event, date, venue, ticket type, quantity and final price before paying. A checkout reservation is temporary and does not become a completed purchase until payment is confirmed by Tika's payment system.
The final checkout total includes the ticket price and every mandatory buyer fee shown before payment. If payment is not confirmed before the reservation expires, the tickets may be released for sale.
3. Ticket delivery and use
After confirmed payment, tickets are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout. Each ticket admits one person once, subject to the event and venue rules. Copying a ticket does not create another admission right; the first valid scan may invalidate every copy of the same code.
You are responsible for keeping the ticket and private order link secure. A damaged, altered, refunded, revoked or already-used ticket may be refused.
4. Event rules and admission
The organizer may publish reasonable age, accessibility, safety, entry-time and prohibited-item rules. Buyers and ticket holders must follow them. Refusal of entry for a material breach of those rules does not automatically create a refund right.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
The organizer is responsible for event changes and cancellation. When an event is cancelled, or a material change gives buyers a refund right, the refund covers the full amount paid for the affected ticket, including mandatory ticket fees. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
Tickets are not otherwise voluntarily refundable unless the event page, the refund policy, the organizer, or applicable law says otherwise.
6. Communication and complaints
Operational messages about the order or event may be sent to the supplied email address. Questions about event performance go to the organizer; questions about payment or ticket delivery go to Tika support. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
