Organizer terms
The operating responsibilities behind every event published on Tika.
Pre-launch draft. Commercial fees, payout timing, reserves, liability limits and both parties' legal details belong in a signed organizer agreement.
Platform role
Tika distributes tickets as a disclosed intermediary and provides the ticketing technology. The organizer is the event provider and remains responsible to buyers for the event, its quality, its lawful delivery and obligations arising from ticket sales.
Organizer warranties
The organizer confirms that it has the necessary authority, permits, venue rights and performer or supplier agreements. On reasonable request it must promptly provide supporting evidence. Tika may pause or end sales where required information is missing or there is a credible legal, fraud, sanctions, safety or non-performance risk.
Event information and inventory
The organizer is responsible for complete, accurate and lawful event descriptions, dates, prices, capacity, accessibility details and admission rules. Advertised prices must match Tika's checkout price, including all mandatory fees. The organizer must not create capacity conflicts through another sales channel.
Admission
The organizer operates admission control at the venue, assigns authorized staff and ensures scanners have reliable connectivity. It must resolve admission mistakes for which it is responsible and may access buyer data only when necessary to deliver or support the event.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The organizer must report a cancellation, postponement or material change immediately and no later than one business day after deciding it. It supplies the buyer notice and sufficient funds for required refunds. For an organizer-caused cancellation, affected buyers receive the full ticket amount paid, including mandatory ticket fees.
Fees, reports and settlement
Tika deducts the agreed commission, buyer fees, refunds, reserves and other agreed amounts from ticket revenue. Settlement occurs against a sales and refund report under the signed commercial schedule. Tika does not guarantee any sales volume and may hold settlement while a credible cancellation, refund, fraud or legal exposure remains unresolved.
Review and audit
An event requires platform approval before publication. Acceptance of these terms is recorded with the event, accepting user, policy version and timestamp. Material actions, including publication, cancellation and refunds, are retained in the audit trail.
